A Hamlet (Lucky) Bennett designed oceanview estate in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, set next to our oceanfront Moana Makai estate. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms, air conditioning, and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and Koa cabinetry.
Bedrooms are furnished mostly with Tommy Bahama Lexington furniture: five queen beds and two rooms with two twin beds each. Slate and hardwood floors run through the common areas and bedrooms, with custom Koa accents and five HDTVs with cable and streaming.
The lanai carries ocean views, a large sofa and four chairs, a six person dining table, and exterior stainless appliances including a 36 inch barbecue, ice fridge and sink. Relax with morning coffee or barbecue some Hawaiian delights on the slate floor.
Guests are invited to share the oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, along with the two separate seating areas on the ocean wall. Just steps away in the amenity garage you will find laundry, snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, surf boards, coolers and SUPs.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach shoes, coolers, boogie boards, surf boards, SUPs and a plentiful assortment of snorkel gear. All of it is free for guests to use during their stay, on a first come first served basis.
The estate
The oceanfront estate on the water, nine bedrooms and sleeps eighteen. Both homes sit behind the same gate and share the oceanfront lawn, freshwater pool, spa, koi ponds and sandy beach areas. Families and groups often take both together.
